Align and Flow

This class provides the opportunity for students to learn and refine the alignment and form of the postures while moving with the breath.  Heart opening yoga philosophy is woven into all classes.  Clear instruction, a supportive environment, and individual assistance will be given to all students.  All types of poses will be explored with variations provided to meet you where you are, and take you to the next level.
