Join a Class for Adults at Kula Yoga Center
This class provides the opportunity to refine and strengthen the asanas. Inverted poses will be introduced, including forearm balance, handstand, shoulder stand, and headstand. This class is recommended for those with some previous experience in the beginner class.

Monday 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM with Julie Miller
Wednesday 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM with Julie Miller
This is an intermediate class offering more challenging and strengthening postures, along with further refinement of the asanas. It assumes familiarity with the Level 1 postures. Inversions and back bends will be included. Appropriate for students with previous experience.

Wednesday 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM with Julie Miller
This class introduces students to the basic alignment and form of the postures, breath awareness, and yogic philosophy. Clear instruction, a supportive environment, and individual assistance will be given to all students. This class is for those new to yoga, or students wanting a basic class.
 
This class will resume in September, Tuesday mornings, 9-10:15.

This class is taught by the Teachers in Training, and are supervised by Julie Miller.  The class is suitable for all levels.
 
Optional cash and check donations are accepted for local and global charities.
