Prior to his injury, Wagner was having a standout season, averaging 22.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.17 steals over 33.4 minutes per game in the first 24 matches. He consistently scored in double figures, achieving over 20 points on 18 occasions and hitting 30 points twice. In his absence, Orlando has managed to maintain a balanced record of 8 wins and 8 losses, alternating wins and losses for the last 13 games.
